As previously discussed, for better or worse, Jack has a walker that he quite enjoys. He was a big fan of going backwards.
Shortly after my last post, he discovered going forwards
Yesterday, I was on the phone with a co-worker doing work type stuff. Inexplicably, I heard Jack noises coming from my right side. I looked over, and there he was in the office door way, looking at me with a huge smile. I don’t know if he was really proud that he found me, or if he was really happy to see me, but it was a priceless smile. Pure joy.
I responded appropriately, and tried to get my phone to take a picture. I got one as he was leaving, but it wasn’t ideal. He came back later, and I did get a couple shots.
It was one of the nicest things to happen in a while.
